Consistently good. The potstickers are still some of the best around, even if they are a little skimpier than they used to be.

QQ Buffet is probably the best Chinese restaurant in Olean. I've been to the other two a couple of times each. One is not very clean and the other one is okay, but the man (owner?) who takes your order and serves the food always seems crabby. At any rate, QQ is clean, the food is good and no one serves your food in an angry manner. It's a buffet so, you get your own food. Also, it costs about $10/person including your drink and dessert if you want dessert.

It's ok!! It's typical American Chinese fare. Their buffet is a fairly good size and is kept well stocked. The wait staff are very attentive. The tables and silverware were clean. Overall it was a good place to grab a quick bite.

Before 3:30 the price is about $8 we believe as for 2 of us, the bill is about $16 (before tax of course).

It is all a buffet so there are lots of choices.

No QQ is not open yet but I wish they were they are the best in Olean maybe if they knew they were the best they would be opened back up by now or have a drive-thru window

No you walk in and a waitress will show to table . Have a choice of food bar or specialty foods. Personally I like it
